Bookings are recorded per room, per table and per time, in the same application as your digital menu and table orders.
A paper book tells you four people are coming at 8pm, but not which table to set for them. The floor plan shows every table numbered as it sits in your room. The host places each booking on the table the group will use, with its time and party size, so the team can see at a glance which tables are free and when.

From the recipe. You enter the ingredients with portion weights, and the platform calculates the production cost (food cost) of the dish from the ingredients and quantities in the recipe.
