4restaurants.net is software for restaurants, cafés and bars. It covers table reservations on a floor plan, a QR digital menu with recipe cards that carry portion weights and food cost, table orders sent to the kitchen, ingredient stock levels, shift clock-in and sales reports per day, per dish and per waiter. These modules sit in one application and one subscription, and are part of the 4b2b ecosystem. The application does not take payments or issue invoices: payments, sales tax and bookkeeping stay with the tools and advisers you already use.
Reservations are managed on the floor plan, table by table, for each room and service.
Every dish has its own recipe card, with portion weights and the food cost of each dish.
An order taken at the table goes to the kitchen from the same application, linked to its table.
4restaurants.net is built by a mixed team of designers, developers and people who know hospitality. The platform is designed for independent cafés, bars and restaurants, and for restaurant groups, in cities such as Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal. Questions go to our team through the contact page.
We build on modern web standards, and the platform runs over HTTPS. The application does not connect to payment terminals, calendars or delivery apps. Canadian privacy rules, including PIPEDA and, in Quebec, Law 25, apply to the personal information guests give when they book.
4restaurants.net is a stand-alone application within the 4b2b ecosystem, with its own account and its own features. Reservations, the menu, orders, stock and the team live in one account.
