How much does restaurant management software cost?
Restaurant software costs have three parts: the monthly plan, the hardware in the venue, and any setup you ask for. Compare the same list of features across offers before you decide.
Short answer
- Most online restaurant software is paid through a monthly subscription. The price depends on the plan and on the number of venues and user accounts.
- Compare offers on the same features. Reservations, a menu, recipes, stock and reports are not sold the same way by every vendor.
- Hardware such as tablets, a kitchen screen or a fiscal cash register is a separate cost in most setups.
- 4restaurants.net plans start at €1 a month, with a 360-day free trial.
What you pay for
| Part | What it covers | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|
| Plan subscription | The software, the limits and the bundled apps | Monthly, by venues, user accounts and bookings |
| Hardware | Tablets, a kitchen screen, printers | Separate from the plan |
| Fiscal cash register | The receipt for cash sales, where local law requires it | Separate; check your local rules |
| Setup | Help to set up the floor, menu and recipes | Optional; confirm it in the quote |
