Can guests book a table online without calling the restaurant?
Yes. The guest picks the date, time and party size straight from your website, Google or social media, and the system only offers slots where a table of the right capacity is free. The booking appears instantly on the floor plan and the confirmation goes out automatically.
How do I cut no-shows on reservations?
Every booking gets an immediate confirmation and a reminder before the visit, with a cancel button. Whoever can no longer come cancels in time, the table frees itself and you can give it to someone else. For large parties you can also ask for a deposit at booking.
Can I split the room into zones — indoor, terrace, private room?
Yes. You define the real zones of the venue and place the tables on each one, with their own capacity. A guest can ask for the terrace, and the host sees occupancy per zone separately — which matters most when the weather changes demand within an hour.
What happens with walk-in guests?
You put them on the waitlist with the party size and a phone number. The system estimates the wait from the tables about to turn and texts them when a table is ready, so nobody has to crowd by the entrance.
How do I handle group bookings and private events?
They get a separate flow: you agree the set menu, take a deposit, note the special requests (a cake, a high chair, gluten-free dishes) and block the tables or the whole private room. Every detail stays in the booking record, visible to both the kitchen and the floor.
Can I see how well my tables turn?
Yes. Reports show how many sittings each table produced per window, the average length of a meal and the windows with unused capacity — the data you use to adjust opening hours, floor staffing and booking durations.
