We build software for the floor, the kitchen and the stock of restaurants, cafés, pubs and bistros, in one application that covers bookings, the menu, table orders, stock, shifts and reports.
4restaurants.net is software for restaurants, cafés, pubs and bistros. It brings together table bookings on a floor plan, a QR digital menu with recipe cards that carry portion weights and food cost, table orders sent to the kitchen, ingredient stock levels, shift clock-in and sales reports by day, by dish and by waiter. It is one application for the front of house, the back of house and the stock, so the team works from the same figures. It does not connect to a till, POS, accounting or invoicing software, and its only guest messaging is optional SMS through your own 4notify account.
Bookings on the floor plan
Bookings are placed on the floor plan, table by table, with the party size and time of each.
Recipe cards and food cost
Every dish has its own recipe card, with portion weights and food cost worked out from it.
Orders to the kitchen
An order taken at the table goes to the kitchen from the same application, linked to the table it came from.
Standards and how data is handled
We build on modern web standards, and the platform runs over HTTPS. Guest names, phone numbers and email addresses are personal data under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your venue is the business holding that data, so check your own duties with your adviser.
