We build one application for restaurants, cafés, bars and bistros that want table bookings, a digital menu, table orders, stock and shift records in one place.
4restaurants.net is restaurant management software for cafés, bars, bistros and restaurants. It covers table bookings on a floor plan, a QR digital menu built from recipe cards with portion weights and food cost, table orders sent to the kitchen, ingredient stock levels counted against recipes, shift clock-in, and sales reports by day, by dish and by waiter. Bookings, orders and stock sit in one application, so front of house and the kitchen work from the same record. Payments and invoicing stay with the tools you already use.
Table bookings on the floor plan
Each booking is placed on a table, with its time and party size. Your host sees which tables are free before the rush starts.
Recipe cards and food cost
Every dish has its own recipe card, with portion weights and food cost, and it feeds the QR digital menu on the table.
Table orders to the kitchen
An order taken at the table is sent to the kitchen from the application, linked to the table it came from.
Standards and technology
We build on modern web standards, and the application runs over HTTPS. Guest names and contact details are personal data, so check your own UK GDPR obligations as a venue.
