Every booking carries its party size, its time and its table. The host can see whether a table for two is sitting empty while a party of six is waiting, and can place the next booking on a table that fits. Decisions about who sits where stay with your team; the application keeps the record straight.
A restaurant with a dining room, a terrace and a bar can keep each area on its own floor plan, with its own tables. A booking for the terrace is placed on terrace tables, not set against a table in the dining room. The same record shows the time and party size in each area.
A group of twelve, or a birthday, may need several tables or one long table. Place it on the floor plan like any other booking, with its party size and time, so the host can see how much of the room is in use for the evening. Your team decides how to seat the group, and the plan shows what is free and when.

From the recipe. You enter the ingredients with portion weights, and the platform calculates the production cost (food cost) of the dish from the ingredients and quantities in the recipe.
